I would like to express my thanks for your outstanding Customer Service of which I have always received from Jaguar Taylor’s Centre Great Dunmow.
I know how difficult it can be to trace faults and then correct on this type of modern car – as always the communication I received from you was of the highest quality and I felt very valued as a Customer by all the staff I had contact with.
Despite the high costs of recent repairs, my S-Type Jaguar is now performing as it should. The car had been cleaned inside and out upon my collection yesterday morning for which I thank you.
I have only owned my Jaguar for a few months and have only just moved to the area so your garage was perfect. The chap who worked on it was excellent and I didn’t have any issues with the service your company provided.
In fact you fixed my car a day before it was even booked in. You don’t hear that every day.
Without any doubt I will be using your garage from now on.
I have not used Taylor’s before, a friend suggested you, as he has used your garage in the past (he doesn’t use anyone else) and the fact the Land Rover garage where I purchased my vehicle, could not fit me in for a few weeks, so I decided to give you a call. From phone call, to drop off and pick up, all your staff where indeed outstanding and here is why.
Phone call – I got a day that suited me and in the time frame I was expecting, also an option to use one of your courtesy car’s which meant I didn’t have to arrange a family member or friend to get me home from the garage, all arranged on the phone when booking. Blooming marvelous!!
Drop off – Again like booking in, it was easy and quite possibly the quickest I have ever experienced, we have had the car since new and have always thought in other garages we have used, this needed to be stream lined. However, at Taylor’s the young girl who checked me in was great, friendly and courteous and efficient. Never before did a mechanic ever accompany me in the car, to see exactly what was going on with the car – another first!
While at the garage – The car was in for two days and I was amazed that within a few hours of dropping off, I had a call to let me know what was going on, Dean kept me well informed of my options and the accruing cost by phone and email, again a first and a great part of the service.
Pick up – again was fast and efficient and knowing the cost prior to pick up, there was no big surprises. To be honest I did think it was going to be twice the cost you actually charged me! Again another first!
Please can you pass on my personal thanks to all the your staff, I know who I will be using for all my future servicing.

This morning it dawned on us that despite your timely reminder, we had forgotten to get our Land Rover MOT done! With moving house and 2 small children it had slipped my mind completely. Fast forward to this morning, we left Chappel with car fully loaded with kids and all the paraphernalia for a weekend wedding in Oxford when we realised we were driving without a valid MOT!
Even though Taylor’s were fully booked out, their kind and helpful staff were able to fit us in, help entertain our small children and perform an MOT whilst we waited. 40 short minutes later our car was ready to roll again and they have another very happy family as customers!! This meant we could get away in time for the wedding at 1pm. Thank you Paul for bending over backwards to help us, to Joanna for the kind offer of drinks and excellent care (she came over especially to ask if we were warm enough as I was sitting feeding the baby by the open door) and Barbara who made time to chat to our 4 year old. Everyone was so friendly and really made us feel welcome. Additionally the service centre customer seating area and reception were immaculate and the floor was so clean our 1 year old was able to crawl about and didn’t get as much as a mark on his clothes!
Thank you Taylor’s. We’ve been customers for years and yet again you exceeded all our expectations especially in our hour of need!

Further to my visit to Taylor’s yesterday with my Renault, please pass my thanks onto your Team.
I must admit to being very disappointed that the Lookers Service Centre in Chelmsford had closed down & my options for a Renault Approved Service Centre was either yourselves or Colchester. Either one would mean staying in the vicinity & waiting for work to be completed, so I chose yourselves as I could at least walk into Dunmow Town to while away the hours.
From the way I was helped during my telephone call last week with Joanna to get a quote & book the appointment, to the friendly way I was dealt with by Chloe on your reception, I was happy with my choice … my Car felt good driving home as well, which was obviously welcomed.
I will have no hesitation in contacting Taylor’s again in the future …

I recently had my car serviced with Taylor’s and would like to take this opportunity to let you know that all the people I dealt with regarding the car and some concerns that I had were dealt with very well and promptly. Although my car was due to be ready the same day, due to a part that had to be ordered and would not arrive until the next day, I was informed that it would not be ready and assured that I would be able to keep the curtsey car until my car was ready, which would have been a necessity for me.
I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone who required a professional and competent company to deal with their car services.

Very pleased with work done on the car and with the service received from Paul who kept me up to date with any additional work. It was expensive but no complaints about that as the car felt like a new car when I picked it up and I do feel we got value for money. There were a lot of unforeseen issues which were addressed an dealt with during the time the car was with you.
We had an advisory re all of the brakes needing replacing and when Paul calls me with the quote I will be booking my car in again and am already recommending my friend who has an Audi A3 to use you instead of Audi at Stortford.
Impressive, well done.
